Chandler Goldman was instrumental in setting up the behavior room several years ago. After graduating from Armstrong, he began a Ph.D. program in the Department of Cellular Biology and Anatomy at Augusta University!
Amanda Dykes (left) and Lia Kerkes (right) present their research poster at the annual Armstrong Student Scholars Symposium in 2016. Both were coauthors on a 2018 publication in the Georgia Journal of Science! Lia has since begun graduate school at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at the University of Miami! Amanda can't get enough of the lab, so she is coming back as a PostBac student!

Cicely Payne loads a blot into the Bio-Rad digital imager for chemiluminescent detection of proteins. Cicely co-authored two published papers, and she hopes to go to medical school and/or work for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Kyle and Cicely present a poster at the Symposium for Young Neuroscientists and Professors of the Southeast (SYNAPSE) at High Point, N.C. in Spring 2018. These data were eventually published in Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience in 2019!
